Meet the Owner
Ismael Cruz is the proud owner of House Painting LLC, serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Metro Detroit area. Originally from El Salvador, Ismael came to the United States determined to work hard and build a better future. His first job was as a cook at Church’s Chicken, but his true passion was working with his hands.
While balancing his job, he took on house projects during evenings and weekends. Over time, his reputation for quality work and reliable service began to grow. A few years later, Ismael decided to take a leap of faith, leaving his cooking job to start contracting full time.
Today, Ismael and his team specialize in painting, drywall, power washing, deck care, and other home improvement services. Based in Auburn Hills, he proudly serves clients across Metro Detroit, delivering the same level of care and craftsmanship to every project, big or small.
When he’s not working, Ismael enjoys spending time with his wife, their two kids, and their three dogs. His strong family values and dedication to his craft continue to drive the success of House Painting LLC.
